Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of CitationFeed. By creating an account, inviting Team Members, or starting a subscription (including a Creem trial), you agree to these Terms on behalf of the Subscriber organization you represent and confirm you have authority to bind that organization.

You must be at least 18 years old and using CitationFeed for business purposes. The service is intended for professional Subscribers, not consumers seeking personal, family, or household use.

CitationFeed provides enriched Leads derived from public federal Enforcement Actions, Filter-controlled Digests, Lead browse by entitled Agencies, and (with the Regulatory Monitor add-on) a weekly regulatory brief. Features and Agency coverage depend on the active base subscription, add-ons, and billing status (including trial). We may modify, add, or remove features with reasonable notice when changes are material, except where changes are needed for security, legal compliance, or provider outages.

Each Subscriber has an owner seat. Additional Team Members require paid Seat Add-ons. You are responsible for accurate roster emails, credential security, and activity under your seats. Invited Team Members must use the invited email to claim access. You must promptly remove seats for people who should no longer have access.

Current prices are listed on the site: the base subscription (OSHA + EPA) at $399/mo, Agency add-ons at $99/mo each, the Regulatory Monitor at $49/mo, and Seat Add-ons at $29/mo each. Payment is processed by Creem as Merchant of Record. The base subscription includes a 7-day trial that requires a payment method at checkout; if you do not cancel before the trial ends, Creem charges the base rate.

Add-ons take effect when you subscribe to them from billing. Removing an add-on stops entitled Digest and Watchlist coverage for that Agency at the end of the billing cycle. Seat Add-ons are charged immediately and are never included in a trial. Taxes may apply as collected by Creem. Refunds, if any, are handled under Creem’s policies and our Cancellation page.

• Use Leads for lawful B2B compliance and business development
• Do not scrape, resell, bulk-export, or redistribute CitationFeed content as a competing data product or public feed
• Do not attempt to bypass subscription, Seat, Filter, or billing controls
• Do not use Agency-sourced or Enrichment data in ways that violate applicable law (including marketing, privacy, and anti-spam rules)
• Do not upload malware, probe systems without authorization, or interfere with other Subscribers’ use of the service

Enforcement Action data originates from public Agency sources and may be incomplete, delayed, duplicated, or erroneous. Enrichment (including firmographics and key contacts) may come from the Agency record and public web sources and can be wrong or outdated. Pitch Suggestions and other generative outputs are assistive only — not Agency text, not legal advice, and not a substitute for your professional judgment. You remain responsible for verifying facts before outreach, underwriting, or advice to clients.

CitationFeed software, branding, UI, and non-Agency-original presentation are owned by CitationFeed or its licensors. Agency-published records remain subject to their public-source status. Subject to these Terms and an active entitlement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the service for your internal business purposes. You do not acquire ownership of the Lead corpus or our models/prompts.

Non-public account configuration, Filters, billing details, and support correspondence should be treated as confidential. Public Lead corpus content is not confidential merely because it appears in CitationFeed.

Our collection and use of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION, THAT AGENCY OR WEB DATA IS COMPLETE OR CURRENT, OR THAT PITCH SUGGESTIONS OR ENRICHMENT ARE ACCURATE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CITATIONFEED’S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE FEES PAID BY THE SUBSCRIBER TO CITATIONFEED (OR THROUGH CREEM FOR CITATIONFEED) FOR THE SERVICE IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR LOST BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS; IN THOSE CASES OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

You will defend and indemnify CitationFeed and its operators against third-party claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the service, your client advice or outreach, your Team Members’ conduct, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, suspected abuse, security risk, or legal risk. You may cancel as described on the Cancellation page. Upon termination or lapse of billing, entitlements end according to billing status. Provisions that by nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity, and governing law) survive termination.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of the service after material updates become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the service and cancel your subscription.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Exclusive venue for disputes arising out of these Terms or the service lies in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and each party consents to personal jurisdiction there, except where mandatory consumer or local law requires otherwise.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any order or checkout terms presented at purchase, are the entire agreement between you and CitationFeed regarding the service. If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent; we may assign them in connection with a reorganization, merger, or sale of assets. Notices may be sent to the owner email on the Subscriber account or posted in-product.
