How to reach us

Billing vs product issues
- Billing, invoices, cards: use in-app Billing → Manage payment method (Creem customer portal), or email support with your Creem customer ID if shown on Billing.
- Trials and cancellation: see Cancellation and /app/billing.
- Leads, Digests, Filters: include Agency, approximate Lead date, and whether Digest or browse is affected.
- Team seats: Seat Add-ons are purchased on Billing; invitees must sign in with the invited email.
Response expectations
We aim to respond within one business day for production Subscribers. Outages affecting ingest or Digests are investigated as priority.
Security reports
Report suspected vulnerabilities to security@citationfeed.com. Please do not include unnecessary personal data in the initial report.
