Email support@citationfeed.com from an address on your Subscriber account. Include your firm name, active base subscription and add-ons if known, and a short description of the issue.

Privacy or data-subject requests: privacy@citationfeed.com.

• Billing, invoices, cards: use in-app Billing → Manage payment method (Creem customer portal), or email support with your Creem customer ID if shown on Billing. Creem is Merchant of Record for payment processing.
• Trials and cancellation: see Cancellation and Billing.
• Leads, Digests, Filters: include Agency, approximate Lead or Digest date, and whether Digest email or in-app browse is affected.
• Team seats: Seat Add-ons are purchased on Billing; invitees must sign in with the invited email.
• Enrichment or Pitch Suggestion: note that public Agency and web sources can be incomplete; include the Lead or company name when reporting a specific error.

We aim to respond within one business day for Subscribers with active billing. Outages affecting ingest, Digests, authentication, or checkout are treated as priority. Support is provided in English by email unless we arrange otherwise.

Report suspected vulnerabilities to security@citationfeed.com. Please avoid including unnecessary personal data or customer secrets in the initial report. Do not publicly disclose a vulnerability until we have had a reasonable chance to investigate and remediate.

If you believe an account has been compromised, contact support immediately from a verified owner email and reset credentials. For suspected misuse of CitationFeed content or unauthorized access attempts, email support@citationfeed.com with available details.
