Overview
CitationFeed billing is managed through Creem. Subscriber owners cancel trials and paid Plans from Billing. This page summarizes what happens when you cancel.
How to cancel
- Sign in as the Subscriber owner and open Billing.
- Choose Cancel trial or Cancel subscription, and confirm.
- Optionally open Manage payment method for the Creem customer portal (cards, invoices, self-serve options).
During a Pro trial
If you cancel while trialing, access ends immediately and you are not charged for Pro. Starting another Pro trial may be limited by CitationFeed’s trial eligibility cooldown (email and, for non-personal domains, domain).
Paid Plans
Canceling an active paid Plan schedules cancellation at period end. You keep current Plan access through the end of the billing cycle, then Digests and Lead browse stop until you subscribe again. Downgrading Pro → Core is separate: it keeps Pro features until period end, then applies Core.
Seat Add-ons
Seat Add-ons are billed separately. Removing a Team Member from the roster does not automatically refund the Seat Add-on; manage seats and billing from Team and Billing, or contact support@citationfeed.com.
